The Doctor is an alien from Gallifrey called a Time Lord who has escaped the strict structured life of his people in a stolen TARDIS (it looks like a British police box) and now travels through space and time helping out those he comes into contact with.

Physical Affection: The Doctor is always patting people on the back, shaking their hands, and is a big hugger with friends. He has no problem with being touched.
Physical Violence: He does try to avoid getting into fights as he isn't a very strong fighter. Ask before trying to kill him please, we would need to plot that.
Relationships: He might be open to one as long as the other person shared his love of adventure and travel.
Telepathy: The Doctor is a telepath. He does not use this against anyone unless he is psychically attacked first and then he will only use his abilities to defend himself. Being naturally telepathic does give him resistance to mind control and having his own thoughts read.
Magic: He has none and likely won't believe it even exists. There is a scientific reason for everything we just might not know the answers yet.
Medical Information: Being a Time Lord he has two hearts and a respiratory bypass system which allows him to cease breathing for long periods of time. Additionally any blood examined for type or placed under a microscope would appear very obviously not human.
Offensive Topics: Display any sign of megalomania and you might just trigger a Doctor rant or you will at least set him as your enemy. He doesn't care for cruelty or murder.
